NBSC DELEGATES PARTICIPATE IN THE 5TH GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CONGRESS
Showing its strong commitment to global engagement and academic excellence, Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) took part in the 5th Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC) held in Indonesia Convention Exhibition from June 22 to 25, 2026.
The College was represented by Alven L. Gomez and Maria Michaela Q. Jamora, who joined educators, policymakers, researchers, and development partners from different parts of the world in conversations centered on advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through collaboration, innovation, and higher education.
Over the four-day event, participants shared ideas, discussed best practices, and explored ways higher education institutions can better respond to global challenges. For the NBSC delegates, it was also an opportunity to gain fresh insights on sustainable development, research collaboration, and building stronger international partnerships.
Their participation strengthens NBSC’s internationalization efforts by opening more opportunities for global collaboration and knowledge exchange, while keeping the College aligned with international standards and sustainability goals. It also reflects NBSC’s continuing commitment to developing globally competitive graduates and promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in higher education.
